In order to take part in our requests program, we have set up the below criteria for your association/horse show to receive donations/sponsorships. Please take a look, and email me with any questions you may have at Kathryn@farmvet.com.
Number of Members to Product Donation:

201 - 400 | $100.00 |
401 - 600 | $120.00 |
601 - 700 | $140.00 |
701 - 800 | $160.00 |
801 - 900 | $180.00 |
901 - 1000 | $200.00 |
1000 + | $400.00 |
Format Requirements:
The member list must be an excel spreadsheet and contain the first and last name, address, city, state, and zip code of all your members or mailing list. Please email to: Kathryn@farmvet.com
Sponsored Riders:
We are currently looking for the following sponsored riders: Reining, Arabian, Endurance and Saddlebred. If you do not fall under one of those disciplines, you can still email me your information at Kathryn@farmvet.com and I will put it on file for when we add more sponsored riders in your discipline.
